The company does not accept product & money returns
All Petraki Art products are handmade and made exclusively upon order. Each product is unique and for this reason, product or money returns are not accepted. Returns are accepted only if there has been a mistake on the part of Petraki Art or if you have received a defective/wrong product. In this case, as well as in the event that an item is deformed or damaged during transport, contact us by email at hello@petraki.art  with details and photos of the product and we will find the best solution for you!

Damage and defective products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can evaluate and correct the problem immediately.
